Let's Celebrate, Engage, Share Kangaroo Care Day!

Let’s surround their world with our love and help increase the practice of Kangaroo Care globally.

It is time to start preparing and here you will find ideas to celebrate, engage, and share Kangaroo Care on May 15th.

Whether you are a parent, a healthcare professional, a volunteer, or you simply support the practice of babies being held skin-to-skin, we invite you to sign up for the Kangaroo Care Day.  Start by joining the movement and taking the pledge to support Kangaroo Care. Once you submit your pledge you will be added to the mailing list (unsubscribe anytime) and see the results of previous years!  Be Counted!

Kangaroo Care Awareness Day brings together the international community to:

  • Pledge #1: Celebrate the accomplishments of researchers, staff, and families that advance the practice and have some fun!  See more information
