User Agreement for Downloading Files

By requesting and downloading any electronic file from this website, you ("User") agree to the following terms and conditions:

   c. User shall not modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the downloaded files.
   d. User shall not use the logo in printed or digital form for any commercial projects.
3. Prohibited Commercialization
   a. User agrees not to charge, rent, sell, or receive any form of compensation for items incorporating the Kangaroo Care Day logo or any resources downloaded from the website.
4. Attribution & Sharing
   a. User is encouraged to share their usage of the downloaded materials by tagging #kangaroocare #kangaroocareday on social media.
   b. User may submit photos, texts, or videos related to the materials by contacting info@kangaroo.care.
5. Enforcement & Termination
   a. Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of User’s rights to download and use materials from this website.
   b. Kangaroo Care Day reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use.
6. Liability Disclaimer
   a. Kangaroo Care Day is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use or misuse of the downloaded files.
   b. All files are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
7. Modification of Terms
   a. Kangaroo Care Day reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
   b. Continued use of the files after modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
   a. This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Kangaroo Care Day operates.
   b. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate legal forum.
9. Technical Support
   a. Kangaroo Care Day does not guarantee ongoing technical support for downloaded files.
   b. Users encountering technical difficulties may reach out to info@kangaroo.care for assistance but without guaranteed resolution.
10. Data Privacy
    a. By requesting and downloading files, User acknowledges that certain personal information may be collected and processed in accordance with Kangaroo Care Day’s Privacy Policy.

By downloading any file, User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
